Double stranded with 5mm suede cord and 2mm round leather cord 
Wrap up to 4 times around wrist size 5-6.5 or 3 times around size 7-9 with easy hook on on back.  For in-between wrist sizes, wrap may be adjusted by making easy knots at both ends of cord to take up any slack.
Includes metal tube beads and assorted antique Tibetan beads.  Also includes "blessed" charm
