Soak It All In

Any issues with regard to shipment and damages incurred while in transit must be addressed with shipping company.  Take pictures, keep packaging and contact the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt (which includes weekends).   To date, I have never had a shipping issue.  

It is my goal that you are thrilled with your artwork and hopefully return to purchase more.  If, however, you are not completely satisfied you have 7 days to notify me.  Return packing and shipping is payable by the customer and as soon as we receive artwork, we will issue a full refund of the price of the art.

Shipping to anyone outside of US is payable by the customer and is quoted separately.  If you live outside the US, we will contact you with shipping quotes.  You have the right to cancel your order if shipping is too expensive.
