I don’t make them like this anymore. Painted directly onto raw wood shakes, this one-of-a-kind piece lets the natural grain shine through—echoing through the lines of the dockside homes and drifting clouds in the sky. The layered texture gives each building a lived-in charm, weathered but proud, like a row of coastal keepers standing against time.
I’ve held onto this painting for years because of its soul. But now, it’s time to share it. The solid wood frame—handmade, painted, and stained by me—was crafted to complement the rustic, weathered feel of the artwork.  Don't be fooled though - this piece will fit a contempory home as well as a traditional look.
